The app provides a convenient way to view your waste management account information and request services.

  • Your account data, including your name, address, contact information, billing history, and service records, is maintained by your waste management service provider in their secure customer management system.
  • We do not store or retain this account information. The app simply displays it for your convenience.

2. Information We Collect and Store

We collect and store only the minimum information necessary to provide our services.

  • Customer account number, used to identify your account and retrieve your information from your waste management service provider's system.
  • Push notification token, used to send you service reminders and alerts.
  • Notification preferences, including your choices about which notifications to receive.
  • Service request details, including your name, address, scheduled date, and payment confirmation when you request bulk pickup or roll-off services through the mobile app.
  • We do not collect device identifiers for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes.

  • Display your account information from your service provider's system within the mobile app.
  • Process service requests you submit through the app.
  • Send push notifications for service reminders and updates.
  • Verify your identity when you log in.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking services.

  • When you make a payment or submit a service request, the necessary transaction details are shared with our payment processor (Stripe) and your waste management service provider for order fulfillment.
  • Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers or your device.
  • We may share information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We take appropriate measures to protect your information.

  • All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted.

  • Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data as follows.

  • Your account data (name, address, billing history, service records) is maintained by your waste management service provider, not by us. To modify or delete this information, contact your service provider directly.
  • For service requests you have submitted through the app, you may request deletion by contacting us at support@wastetechpartners.com.

7. Age Requirement

The app is intended for adults who hold waste management service accounts. It is not designed for use by anyone under 18 years of age.
